Adult Community Learning
Have you always wanted to try a new hobby? Are you looking to learn a particular skill? Why not seize the opportunity to set aside quality time to learn something new and make new friends? Attending a course can bring benefits that you cannot measure.
Adult community classes are once again being offered at venues throughout Pembrokeshire. Classes are held at community centres, village halls as well as at the college and are held during the day or the evening.
Most courses run for 2 hours per week over 8 weeks, offering a nationally recognised qualification and still only cost £30.
Currently on offer – computing, sugar craft, card making, digital photography, food safety, first aid, sign language and line dancing.
Dr Geoff Elliott, Director of Skills at the College has outlined the future for this outreach provision: "We are pleased to be able to continue this valuable work which reaches deep into communities and supports people close to their homes"
